Privacy Policy

Introduction

Full House (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. Full House is a record-keeping tool for casual home poker games; it does not facilitate real-money gambling.

Information We Collect

1. Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

Email address
Display name (optional)
Profile photo (optional)
Unique user identifier (UID)
The identifier provided by Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In if you use social login

2. Game Data

To provide our services, we store and process:

League information (league name, settings)
Session data (cash game and tournament sessions, buy-ins, cash-outs)
Player statistics (games played, win rates, profit/loss)
Leaderboard information
Player relationships and league memberships

3. Location Information

If you grant permission, we use your device’s location to automatically tag the address where a poker session takes place. This is optional — you can decline and enter the location manually. Coordinates are converted into a readable address using OpenStreetMap (Nominatim).

4. Camera & Photos

If you choose to set a profile picture, we access your camera or photo library so you can take or select an image. This is optional.

5. Device Information

We collect:

Push notification tokens (FCM/APNs)
Device information necessary for app functionality

6. Authentication Data

We use Firebase Authentication, Sign in with Apple, and Google Sign-In to authenticate users. When signing in with a social provider, we may receive your name, email, and profile photo — only what your account permits.

7. Subscription & Purchase Information

Full House offers an optional paid subscription (“Premium”). Purchases are made through the Apple App Store, and payments are processed entirely by Apple.

We never receive, see, or store your payment card, bank details, or billing address.

To know whether your subscription is active, we store and process:

Your subscription status (active, expired, cancelled, in a billing-retry period)
The product or plan you purchased and, where applicable, whether you are in a free trial or introductory period
Purchase, renewal, and expiration dates
Store transaction identifiers provided by Apple
A subscriber identifier that links your purchase to your Full House account

This information is managed on our behalf by RevenueCat, which communicates with the App Store and notifies our servers when your subscription changes. We keep only the resulting entitlement record — what you are entitled to, and until when — alongside your account.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and maintain the app’s functionality
Track sessions, buy-ins, and cash-outs
Calculate and display player statistics and leaderboards
Tag session locations and display them on a map (only when you allow location access)
Send push notifications (game invites, reminders, updates)
Manage league memberships and player relationships
Determine whether you have an active Premium subscription, and unlock or lock paid features accordingly
Restore your purchases when you reinstall the app or sign in on another device
Respond to your support and billing questions
Improve our services

We do not include advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud Platform). We implement security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Third-Party Services

Full House uses:

Firebase (Google): authentication, data storage, push notifications
Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In: optional user authentication
OpenStreetMap (Nominatim): converts location coordinates into a readable address when you tag a session’s location
Apple App Store: processes all subscription payments. Apple, not Full House, handles your payment method and billing
RevenueCat: manages subscription status on our behalf and tells our servers when your subscription starts, renews, or ends

These services have their own privacy policies.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

Your game data is only visible to:

You
Other members of leagues you join
League administrators

Your subscription information is private to you. Other players and league administrators cannot see whether you have a Premium subscription, what you paid, or when it renews.

Permissions We Request

Location — to auto-fill the address of a poker session. Optional.
Camera & Photos — to set a profile picture. Optional.
Notifications — to alert you about games and league activity. Optional.

Each permission is requested only when needed, and the app remains usable if you decline.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and all associated information (or use the in-app account deletion feature, which permanently removes your account and personal data)
Opt out of push notifications

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information, subject to legal requirements.

Subscriptions. Deleting your Full House account removes the subscription entitlement record we hold for you. It does not cancel your subscription — subscriptions are managed by Apple and must be cancelled in your App Store account settings. Apple and RevenueCat keep their own records of your transactions under their respective privacy policies, and we may retain limited transaction records where we are required to for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Children’s Privacy

Full House is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date.
