Full House – Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 5, 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Full House. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. See also our Support & Privacy Policy.

Full House is a record-keeping and statistics tool only. It does not facilitate gambling, wagering, betting, or the transfer of real money between players. No player money is deposited, held, wagered, or paid out through the app. Any money exchanged between players happens entirely outside the app and is solely the responsibility of those players. The only payment the app accepts is the optional Premium subscription fee described in Section 6, which is charged by Apple and buys access to software features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Full House (the “app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of the Service

Full House is a mobile application that lets users record and track home poker games — including sessions, buy-ins, cash-outs, player statistics, leaderboards, and league activity. It is a personal organization and bookkeeping tool for casual, private games.

The app is free to use. Some optional features are available through a paid subscription (“Premium”), described in Section 6.

3. Not a Gambling Service

The app is not a gambling platform and does not enable real-money play. We do not process payments between players, take any rake or commission, hold funds, or guarantee the settlement of any amounts recorded. You are responsible for ensuring that the games you track comply with all laws applicable to you.

A Premium subscription buys access to software features only. It is not a stake, entry fee, wager, or buy-in of any kind, it confers no chance of winning anything, and it has no bearing on the games you record in the app.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By using Full House, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Your Account

6. Premium Subscriptions

6.1 What Premium Is

Premium is an optional, paid, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features in Full House. The features included, the available plans, the length of each plan, and the price are shown on the subscription screen in the app before you buy. Those details, as displayed at the time of purchase, form part of these Terms.

We may add, change, or remove Premium features over time. If we remove a material feature during a period you have already paid for, you may contact us at the address in Section 16.

6.2 Billing

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment method. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

6.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically. Unless you cancel it, it will continue for successive periods of the same length, and your Apple Account will be charged the then-current price for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6.4 Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device). To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the app or deleting your Full House account does not cancel your subscription — only Apple can do that.

When you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. It does not end immediately.

6.5 Free Trials and Introductory Offers

We may offer a free trial or a discounted introductory period. Where we do, its length and terms are shown on the subscription screen. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or introductory period ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the standard price.

If you buy a subscription while a free trial is running, any unused portion of that free trial is forfeited.

Trials and introductory offers are limited to eligible new subscribers, and eligibility is determined by Apple.

6.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. A price change applies only to periods after the change takes effect, and never to a period you have already paid for. Where Apple requires your consent to a price increase, your subscription will not renew at the higher price unless you agree.

6.7 Refunds

We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases, because we neither receive nor hold the payment. Refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s policies — you can make one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

6.8 If Your Subscription Ends

When a subscription expires, is cancelled, or lapses because of a billing problem, Premium features are locked. Your data is not deleted. Your leagues, sessions, and statistics remain in your account, and Premium features become available again if you resubscribe.

7. User Content & Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the data you enter, including player names, amounts, and results. We do not verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of any figures recorded in the app. Full House is a tool to help you keep track — it is not an authoritative record, and any disputes between players regarding amounts or results are strictly between those players.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

9. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Full House and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter, and grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. You use the app at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full House and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or amounts arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app, including any disputes between players over recorded amounts.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

If we terminate your account because you violated these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund of any subscription fees already paid, to the extent permitted by law. Terminating or deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — see Section 6.4.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the place where you live.

15. Apple App Store

Full House is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple requires the following to be part of these Terms.
